Really good descriptions and small enough to throw in my backpack.
Really loved this book (which was a gift prior to a trip there)! Was in Mt Rainier NP last month (9/18) and the book really helped on planning the daily hikes in the park. So much good info and presented in away that is easy and enjoyable to read. If you need just one book to plan your visit to Mt Rainier, this is the one!
This book is easy to read and pack in your bag. It is filled with wonderful tips and little nuggets of advice you wouldn't think you'd need as well as excellent directions to each trail. Whether you are new to hiking or an old timer you can't go wrong with this guidebook!My new go to!
